During the 1990s, we successfully expanded THE CHILDREN'S PLACE to become the largest children's retailer in North America. We grew from 100 stores in 1997 to an impressive 900 stores by 2007. In 2004, we also acquired the DISNEY stores and effectively designed and showcased some of the most cherished characters in the world, including those from PIXAR.
