About E8 Futures
E8 Futures is a newly established United States-based proprietary trading firm founded in December 2024 by CEO Dylan Elchami. Operating through TradingView and Tradovate platforms, the firm specializes in futures trading with a streamlined evaluation-to-funding pathway. E8 Futures stands out for its straightforward 1-step challenge format across multiple account sizes (ranging from 25K to 150K), allowing traders to move directly into funded accounts upon meeting profit objectives. The firm maintains a trader-friendly approach by permitting news trading and copy-trading across personal and evaluation accounts. With an 80% profit split for funded traders and a minimum payout threshold of just $100, E8 Futures appeals to both experienced and aspiring futures traders seeking rapid capital deployment and competitive earnings potential. The firm accepts multiple funding methods including credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency, providing flexibility for global traders.

Consistency Rules
- Best-day cap: No single trading day may account for more than 30–50% of total profit (varies by program — see firm's official terms for the exact threshold).
- Minimum trading days: Most evaluation tiers require at least 4–10 active trading days before a payout can be requested.
- Position sizing: Disproportionate position sizes vs your historical trades may trigger consistency-rule reviews.
- Repeat performance: The firm expects sustained, repeatable performance — single-day windfalls won't qualify for early payouts.
- Exact thresholds and program-specific consistency rules are documented on the firm's official site and may change. Always re-verify before purchasing.
Firm Rules
Traders must achieve specified closed profit-and-loss targets to advance. For example, a 25K account requires $1,500 in closed profits to complete the evaluation phase.
A maximum running or closed loss limit is enforced each day, scaling with account size. On a 25K account, the drawdown ceiling stands at $1,000.
Trading halts for the remainder of the day if daily losses from the starting balance reach a predetermined threshold, though this does not result in account failure. The pause amounts vary by account size, such as $500 for 25K accounts.
Trading is permitted between 17:00 and 15:10 CT, with all open positions automatically closed at market close (15:10 CT) daily. This prevents overnight position holding.
Traders are permitted to trade around news events during both the evaluation and funded account phases, offering flexibility during economic announcements.
While there is no strict time limit for completing an evaluation, accounts are disabled after remaining inactive for 7 consecutive days.
Traders may mirror positions across their own evaluation, funded, and personal accounts, provided they maintain consistent risk and compliance standards across all linked accounts.
Funded traders must maintain a 35% consistency rule, meaning at least 35% of trading days in a payout cycle must be profitable (defined as at least 0.3% realized closed profit).
Withdrawals can be requested once accumulated profits reach $100, though traders receiving the 80% split should request at least $125 to maximize net proceeds.

Payout Policy
How to qualify for a payout
- Hit the profit target while staying inside the firm's drawdown limits across every evaluation phase.
- Trade enough days. Most firms require 4–10 active trading days before the first payout request can be filed.
- Stay consistent. Best-day caps (30–50% of total profit on any single day) apply at most firms — see the Consistency Rules section above for the exact threshold.
- Exact thresholds are firm-specific and may change. Always verify on E8 Futures's official site before purchasing a challenge.
Scaling Plan & Premium Programme
- Account growth: Funded accounts typically scale by 25% (or fixed-step tiers) each time the trader hits the firm's profit + consistency milestones.
- Profit-split upgrade: Scaling tiers often unlock an improved profit split (e.g. 80% → 90%) on the funded account.
- Maximum capital cap: Most firms cap scaled capital at $1M–$2M per trader; some run a separate "Premium / Supreme" track for very high performers.
- Reset / breach handling: Hitting drawdown typically resets your scaling progress. Most firms offer a one-time discounted reset.
- Exact thresholds, scale-up cycle length, and Premium-Programme terms are firm-specific. See the AI Summary above for the latest values on file, or verify on E8 Futures's official site.
